I've seen something about that place before. Maybe a BBC article.
There's some cool stuff like a cafe which is partially in Belgium and partially in the Netherlands which stops serving alcohol earlier in one part than the other due to the different countries having different laws.

My moms from there. I've been there quite a few times.

A grandfather and granddaughter died there a few months ago. The shelf is pretty close the the shore so you get some bad storms (as you can see)
