We do have a good network of postal service/DHL packstations in Austria. I have one 3 minutes from my apartment.

However, this delivery is done by Hermes Paketdienst (a German company ) who - like UPS and other delivery services - works with a variety of businesses who accept/hand out packages during their business hours.
