No shit.  Every time I try to decrease the size of a pic, I end up somehow making it bigger.

Just had a bizarre job interview where the applicant was lethargic and after ten minutes said that he was not interested after all and then left. I wonder why he even invested the effort to apply. This was a senior position too.
