150 000 - utter shit
250 000 - acceptable but tiny, or shitty and small
300 000 - flats that humans might actually want to live in enter the picture
350 000 - decent flats start from here
450 000 - some form of a house becomes possible
500 000 - decent houses are from here up to where you can imagine
