I got to get on the tarmac and watch the Blue Angels practice in Pensacola today

That's a long way to go to watch planes.

It was about an hour and a half drive from Santa Rosa Beach. We had lunch at the O Club and spent a couple hours in the aircraft museum. Kind of killed any chance of getting to the beach yesterday, but well worth it.

I never get the North American idea of a back to school buying spree.  School textbooks, sure.  I also have to buy school uniforms back in the day as I outgrew my clothes every year.  But I understand that most North American schools don't require uniforms.  Everything else I just used what I had been using.

It always bothers me in video games how ultra specialised people are.
So you are a good shot with a sniper rifle?
You can't even pick up a sword.
Fighter?
No matter how nimble you may be and what equipment you may wear you cannot sneak.
This just seemed fundamentally unrealistic and silly.
