Well-qualified bookkeepers.  They get a nicer desk back near the noisy printers.
No, they all have offices and individual printers.

I'm just giving you the small bank version.

Anyway, accounting can be quite dramatic.

"Johnson, we report out to the street tomorrow morning BUT I'VE JUST DISCOVERED THAT INTERCOMPANY ACCOUNT 2791 IS OUT OF BALANCE BY ALMOST SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS!  Figure out where the discrepancy lies or you're fired!"

Johnson then surfs the internet the rest of the day and ends up getting fired, but doesn't care because there are a gazillion accounting jobs, unlike for the schmucks that spent 3 years going to law school only to fight over doc review jobs.

The financial statements end up being incorrect, there is a huge financial scandal, and congress responds by passing even tighter accounting regulations, which requires the hiring of even more accountants.
Over six hundred dollars? Maybe over 6 billion.

Jet: So what kind of woman is she? What's Julia like?
Faye: Ordinary. The kind of beautiful, dangerous ordinary that you just can't leave alone.
Jet: I see.
Faye: Like an angel from the underworld. Or a devil from Paradise.

so, georgetown?  ;) good luck! though, i don't think those comments should be taken all too seriously. there's definitely truth that it's incredibly risky to attend a mediocre school with high tuition that is also located in a poor legal market. but, there are schools with low tuition that are located in good legal markets. even average grades can set you up relatively well. if you do well at those smaller schools, you're potentially set almost as well as a T14 graduate. sometimes, you're even better off.

the law school myth cuts both ways: cooley v. ide.

I don't know what that means.  I went to my state's flagship school.

The first Dunkin' Donut opened in Copenhagen today in total chaos. They had promised a year supplies of donuts to the first 100 customers so people had been camping out in front of the store for days. But closing in on opening hour some people tried to cut in line and it turned violent. Windows were smashed.
