Oh, I'm sure she was just hideous.  Probably five pounds overweight and wore glasses or something.

Ide, well known enemy of unreasonable standards, strikes again.

Well that was weird.
In a pub I randomly started talking to some woman about something or other. She was blonde and had something in her accent so I guessed "are you Swedish?"
"Oh wow, so close, my heritage is Norwegian actually" - American? But....
"So you're from Minnesota?"
Yes.
Yes she was.
I didn't know they still had a Scandinavian tint to their accent.

What about the tinge?
Women want me. Men want to be with me.

The only thing in this world I have the power to change is myself, my friend, and so I have done so.

Alternatively, I have compromised my principles, but I can live with that. :P

I'm really considering getting a pet. The only problem is when I want to travel...also it makes moving country tough,

It does create a significant alteration of life style.  You or someone else needs to be around every day to feed, walk care for etc etc.  For people who have kids its no big deal because the obligation to stay close to home already exist.  But it could be a significant change for someone who is otherwise unattached.

Yeah. As awesome as a dog would be that is totally out of my reach.
A cat is a bit of a consideration as they're disposable but also a bit of a pain.
I guess I would go with a rat or something.

Please tell me you didn't intend to write "disposable".

Cats are endemic to the urban-alpine environment. Tyr's disposed cats will be fine.
