Depends on what you take. For instance, RFK (formerly Triborough) bridge has tolls in all directions.

In from New Jersey.  Both or neither between Manhattan and other boroughs, as far as I know.

The only really problem with mickeyD's, other than the high salt content, is when the icky grilled onions get on my food.
