In the Arias case, though, I think it's a few things:

* She doesn't look at all like what the stereotypical 'killer' looks like, EXCEPT for maybe in Hollywood.
* The kinky sex, complete with explicit photos (you can easily find them on Google).
* Her multitude of bizarre interviews and the fact that she's a total media whore.

Second death penalty trial deadlocked, so she can't be sentenced to death.

I didn't seem to do it in this thread but I swear I predicted someplace she'd never be sentenced to death because she's not a threatening looking black man.

I don't believe in the death penalty but she definitely deserved it.
