I need some place to launch my attacks from, which means a base in Europe.  Unfortunately I've had another reactionary outbreak and they set up a dictatorship again.  I am so tired of that bullshit.

America: the Never Ending story


Sorry for the delay on this one.  I'm starting to lose enthusiasm as I go into the final stretch.  I've done a fairly miserable job at the game so far. 

I've been looking into why people are rebelling.  I found a bunch of lazy farmer who won't work.  They are unemployed and I can't seem to make them work.  It might be because of a glut in Dye.  Still I don't know what to do about it.



Well, I decide to solve the problems that bothering me now.  For instance New England is Independent. I invade to put an end to Tom Brady once and for all.  It doesn't quite go as planned.  The battle for New York looks like it should be an easy win. 



It's not.



I finally crush the Patriot army.



Dakota realizes that shit has gotten real.



After New England is beaten we move on to Illinois.  During the war we make a very unlikely discovery.



He seemed okay to me.



Goddamn it!  Next time I play this I'm modifying this event



So naturally we have a reactionary revolt



Half a million besiege Washington.



Goodbye Democracy!



Hello raving lunatic.  Hey, wait a second weren't you just here?



Well the Seduction community is happy at least.



We have a big earthquake and develop the doctrine of fascism.  On the plus side we got a new ideology!



The uprising brought my war exhaustion up.  It's like a vicious circle.

Well it seems nobody is happy with the new government



I can never catch a break it seems.



More good news.



And the government falls down again.



Oh, and I didn't get a screen shot but the newly elected government has that raving lunatic in charge.  Guy is really versatile.  Shame he increases militancy.



And now women can vote again.  This reduces my war exhaustion to zero!



Libertarians seize power in Mexico and created a dictatorship.



The US conquers the South Pole!



And the situation in Europe as I end.  France went Red which broke my alliance with them.  It also made them pacifists and they are losing a war with the Netherlands.  My goal is still to create an alliance against Germany and knock them off first place.  Though it is obvious I'll have to do all he heavy lifting.  Fortunately I have the best military in the world.

You seem really unlucky. My game has reached that far but though I had one big reactionary rebellion, it wasn't large enough to topple the government. I broke them in Washington, but they only had 180k men there, not the 500k + you've had.

Apparently I bought this a while back on Gamer's Gate.  Anyone know if Paradox offers a Steam key conversion or somesuch?  I recall they have done something similar before.

Check Pdox's site.  I think you can plug them into Steam.

That should not happen if you are picking the preferred reform.  On the contrary, picking the preferred reform should give you a nice drop in MIL.

Gamer's Gate still seem to offer this product up to the latest patch (3.03.) I used a bunch of leftover blue coins to buy both expansions there a couple of weeks ago (they were both massively on sale - I had an 80% discount on one of them IIRC.)
