Yeah, Skyrim is bound to keep you occupied for a long time, if you like Norse fantasy settings and/or Elder Scrolls.

I have been wanting to play it since it came out but I haven't had the time.  It looks right up my alley except I have been working so hard through Daggerfall, Morrowind, and Oblivion trying to serve the Empire only to have it near collapse like this is a bummer
