Anyway, Andy Dalton got himself some bucks yesterday, or will if he makes it through the full contract and hits the playoff goals for bonus dollars, so...he won't make those bucks.    

6 years, $115million.  Something like 17 guaranteed the first year.

It sounds like hey gets $25 million over the first 2 years, then is owed little else if he is cut.  At this point it is just a big 1 year extension, which I can't argue with.

24 months is a long time to go without having partitions around the shitters.

I'm pretty happy with it.  Everyone is focusing on the money he'll make *if* he stays with the team, but the team has a pretty easy way out if he doesn't live up to it.  Now they need to focus on getting Burfict locked in.
