The Browns shitcanned Mike Lombardi and their CEO has "stepped down."
No surprise there.  The Browns are the worst.
I do not hate you, nor do I love you, but you are made out of atoms which I can use for something else.

2014 strength of schedule out:

Eh, 2014 strength of schedule doesn't mean shit yet.  I mean, prior to the 2013 season most people would have penciled in "L" for their games against the Texans and Falcons, but, welp...

Yeah, any news coming out of Seattle/SF/Denver on what  players they will be bleeding?

Niners are pushing hard to resign Boldin, and probably going to lose Carlos Rodgers, And Whitner from Secondary.

What makes this impressive is this dude is really putting himself on the line here.  He has not even been drafted yet.  It is 2014 so I think the clubs won't care, even if some of the players might, but still quite impressive taking a big financial risk there.

Probably not all that much of a financial risk.  He wasn't going to be a 1st-rounder anyway.  From what I've heard, he was considered a 3rd to 5th-rounder.

Surprised no comment here at languish about the SEC def player coming out weeks before combine.

Well what is there to say?  We all knew there were gay NFL players out there, they have come out after retiring before, so it was not some shock.

CBS dropped him 70 spots from 90th to 160 in the update to their mock draft the next day. They claim it has nothing to do with him being gay.

Jet: So what kind of woman is she? What's Julia like?
Faye: Ordinary. The kind of beautiful, dangerous ordinary that you just can't leave alone.
Jet: I see.
Faye: Like an angel from the underworld. Or a devil from Paradise.

This was actually a great move on the Browns part.  The downside is that the clowns were even hired in the first place.  They're still trying to undo the damage Holmgren and Co. did to the organization.

Bet those 3rd to 5th rounders make more than rookie free agents.

They're still trying to undo the damage Holmgren and Co. did to the organization.

They're still trying to undo the damage from awarding the franchise to Al Lerner when it was reintroduced to the league.  Despite being a minority owner of Modell's franchise, Al was not, and never was, a football man.  And it showed.
Everything else stems from this.

His son didn't give a shit either. I think he was more interested in Aston Villa.

Fair enough.  I meant the more recent damage.
