Siege, the Pioneer Fund is a racist outfit that gives cash to crackpots for the purpose of proving that blacks are inferior.  It's founder was an Enthusiastic support of Hitler.  Jews were pretty low on the list back, he claimed that 4/5ths of Jews in America were "feeble-minded". 

Fun fact:  During Reagan's first run for President he had the director of the Pioneer Fund, Tom Ellis, as a strategist (on loan from Jesse Helms).  Reagan tried to give him a job when he became President, but the Dems found out who he was Reagan had to withdraw the nomination.

What a dumb table on the Wikipedia page. About a third of the factors are genetic and thus of interest to those interested in seeing how human genetics vary (especially now given we've had confirmation that Neanderthal and other hominid genetic material has entered parts of the Homo Sapiens Line) but the rest of it is mostly crap that's culturally influenced and almost certainly there for racist reasons.

"Age of First Pregnancy" as a denominator of racial difference...
