Well, the new owner was supposed to fix that.  Then again, I would imagine that the team is pretty much on autopilot, what with Haslam's day job getting pounded in the ass by the Feds.

I suppose they need more draft picks to improve, and the only real chips they have to trade are Richardson and Joe Thomas.  And maybe Joe Haden.  An awesome tackle is priceless, while running backs grow on trees.
