Mine is from Vitaly Komar and Alex Melamid.  They were educated in the Soviet Union and took their propaganda art school training to the United States to create some visionary art works:

Yeah, I remember them.  They did the quest to find the perfect painting for each country.  The results were delightfully absurd.
