We can make a list - yes it is short.  And then we can have a vote for who is the most polite member.

Off the top of my head I can think of Richard and Funk.

I think you might consider adding Minsky/Joan/Keynes to the list, he joins in quite a few of the arguments but is courteous and doesn't resort to ad homs (at least, insofar as I can recall  ).
