The town Polling im Innkreis has ca. 1,000 people, and a vaccination rate of 45%. It's in the Braunau county which, due to rising infections, will likely see travel restrictions put in place shortly.

Meanwhile the mayor:

The medievals were only too right in taking nolo episcopari as the best reason a man could give to others for making him a bishop. Well he was Chairman of the Joint Chiefs 30+ years ago. You probably need to be at least 50 to have that job.
